Sandesh is a simple & easy sweet recipe from Bengal. Here is one in peach flavour, shared by Hema :)
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup (250 gm) home made paneer (Use full fat Milk)
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup chopped ripe Peaches
Method
Mix peach and sugar in a wok and let it sit for half an hour.
Later, put the wok on a medium flamed and keep stirring till the sauce is thick.
Keep aside two tea spoons of the sauce and mix remaining portion of sauce with paneer till the mixture becomes creamy.
Shape them like balls & put little sauce on top.
Serve chilled with little sauce on side.
Tips
* Keep the paneer dry & sauce thick, then only you would be able to shape Sandesh.
* If you are not able to shape them, just scoop with ice-cream scooper & serve them in a bowl topped with sauce :)
