Virgin Pinacolada


A tangy, sweetly tropical drink to please the palate during hot summer months :)

Ingredients
2 cups Fresh Pineapple juice
1 cup cream of coconut
½ cup coconut water
2 tbsp sugar
½ cup vanilla ice-cream

Method
Blend coconut cream & coconut water together. Mix in pineapple juice & sugar & blend again.
Add ice-cream & blend.
Pour in glasses, garnish with pineapple slice & serve. Makes about 2 to 3 glasses.

Tips
If you are using canned pineapples then add sugar syrup from can instead of 2 tbsp sugar.
